For Project Kyuka, we adapted the Japandi or Muji style to create a fusion of minimalism and functionality. We made use of clean lines, wood tones, and neutral colors to create an atmosphere of tranquility and comfort. Aside from this, we optimized the small space to feature a full wall headboard with lighting, a full length shelf, and a charging station. This condo unit also features a multi-functional nook that can be used as a dining table, study area, or vanity dresser. 

Small spaces often challenge us designers to bring out our creativity. It’s fun to think of ways to maximize a space without sacrificing the original design and function. But even more gratifying is to see the look of satisfaction in our client’s face when we meet their requirements and sometimes, inspire them.
