PROJECT AURA | Design and Build | July 2024

Project Aura marks a significant milestone for Yes Designs, representing our first successful walk-in client. The client, who visited our Tulip office, entrusted us with renovating their family area and staircase in their newly built home. 

The owners of this beautiful home have gradually enhanced their living space, renovating one room at a time. When it came time to refresh the family area and staircase, they sought our help to create a design that would seamlessly blend with the current aesthetics of their home while also improving these spaces, infusing them with a sense of luxury and connection to nature.

The family area was previously plain and simple. To address this, we introduced the repetition of lines in the space to draw the eyes in. The use of wood and stone finishes in this area also contributed to the overall tropical luxury feel, ensuring that the family area felt inviting and elegant.

Surrounded by lush greenery, the house demanded a design that mirrored its natural surroundings. Which is why we incorporated wood and stone finishes at the staircase to create a natural, inviting look that blends with the environment. We also highlighted the existing light fixture using wall paneling, natural textures, and a carefully selected color temperature.
