TRANSFORMING SPACES: OUR CREATIVE PROJECT PORTFOLIO

A home inspired by music. Infused with our clients’ contemporary style, this home is not only smart and sustainable (with features like an automatic gate, smart alarm system, smart appliances, solar power, and skylight) but also a safe haven for music lovers. This home has an enviable music room, filled with records and instruments, ready for installation of amplifiers and equipment, enough to make an audiophile’s ears pop with excitement. This home’s Industrial Contemporary interior provides a contrast with the American Contempory style of the facade. Designed in partnership with IDr. Chime Oraiz.

Transformation and rebirth, key themes that we are reminded of on this holy day. It’s humbling to see how a modest Deca house can be transformed into a smart, sustainable, music lover’s paradise. If anything, the Amplipad is proof that hard work certainly goes a long way. Design and architecture can take your imagination to real life, but it is the people who put in the months of work, and our clients who meticulously contributed their ideas and personal tastes, that bring new life and a beating heart to the home.
