Project Manabu, a compact space designed for learning and living. This renovation project reimagines an 18 sqm. studio unit to accommodate all the essentials of modern living while fostering a conducive environment for study and growth.
Inside, every square meter is maximized to its full potential. The installation of a daybed allows for flexibility and optimization of the limited space. The new built-in kitchen counter, overhead cabinets, dining table, wardrobe, and shelves provide ample storage without sacrificing style or functionality. The designated study area serves as a dedicated learning hub, providing an ideal environment for our clients to focus and thrive.
Overall, the space was designed to inspire productivity and creativity while providing the comforts that are essential to a student's lifestyle. And with an eye toward the future, Project Manabu can also serve as a valuable rental property for its owner, offering comfort and convenience to future tenants.

Inspired by the allure of compact luxury, this project exudes elegance with shades of white and accents of gold. Aptly named Project Luxe, our goal was to make our clients feel enveloped in luxury - instilling feelings of self-confidence, happiness, prestige, and overall well-being.
Located in one of the first buildings of Arezzo Place, this studio unit provided ample floor area, allowing us to fully explore the client's vision for the space. With a preference for white, we embarked on a journey to play with texture and shade, infusing elegance into every corner. Repetition of line patterns creates a sense of height, while reflections make the space appear wider, maximizing every inch of this compact canvas.

Project Hope: where small spaces meet big dreams!
This bungalow with a loft underwent a remarkable transformation, becoming not just a rest house but a forever home bursting with functionality and style. In this compact contemporary design, every corner counts, showcasing the magic of interior design to maximize space. From a white and neutral palette that draws in light, to strategic lines that elongate and expand, this is the art of making small spaces feel grand. Plus, built-in cabinets and shelves provide ample storage without sacrificing aesthetics.
Project Hope serves as a reminder that even in the tightest of spaces, there's always hope for beauty and functionality to thrive.

Project Aura marks a significant milestone for Yes Designs, representing our first successful walk-in client. The client, who visited our Tulip office, entrusted us with renovating their family area and staircase in their newly built home.
The owners of this beautiful home have gradually enhanced their living space, renovating one room at a time. When it came time to refresh the family area and staircase, they sought our help to create a design that would seamlessly blend with the current aesthetics of their home while also improving these spaces, infusing them with a sense of luxury and connection to nature.

For this residential project, our main objective was to provide a safe haven for our clients, a home away from home. Our clients shared about their dream porch with a distinct red door, so we adapted the American Contemporary style for the exterior, designed in partnership with IDr. Chime Oraiz.
This project was truly a joy to work on, thanks to the collaborative efforts of our hard working and passionate clients.

Rooted in the Japanese word “Kyuka” which means “holiday” or “day off”, this condo unit in Matina Enclaves, Davao City blends the Contemporary, Japanese, and Scandinavian aesthetic to create a comfortable and tranquil home.
Designed for Airbnb use, we applied the Japandi or Muji style to create a space that is open for flexibility and can adapt to the changing lifestyle and needs of the people staying within it.

Cool and calm. This 32 sqm., 1 bedroom condo unit in Arezzo Place, Davao City was inspired by the cool breeze of Tagaytay, a city known for it’s mild climate. Our clients frequently travel all over the country due to their thriving business. So, our goal was to bring the cool and calm of Tagaytay, our client’s hometown, to their transit home in Davao.
We leaned into the contemporary barn interior style since our clients wanted light colors and a neutral palette. But instead of going with the typical barn design with warm and solid colors, we decided to contemporize the barn look with neutral colors, whites, wood tones, soft textures, and contrasting elements to give the space a clean and cozy feel.

We still remember the first day we met with the client. She just came from Samal but she dedicated her time to get this journey started.
Now, after waves of challenges, we've finally reached full circle. From a humble inspiration to actualizing that vision through design to putting on the final details and personal touches, our lovely client can finally enjoy her new home with her Ohana.

Euphoria living of moving forward is letting go of outgrown space/s. This house renovation is based on how lifestyle changes through time. Outgrown space affects the daily routine of the users which is a domino-effect on the daily outlook of life. Design conversations of different characters lead to distinctive spaces with euphoric experiences.
THE RENOVATIONS: From a barely used open space to a closed family area/ library that creates a bond; From a highly dense hallway to a safely cleared hallway with a dense of good memories; From baby pink and baby blue bedrooms to muji-style and mancave style bedrooms which speak their characters as well; From a “just functional” common toilet and bath to more “maka-muni-muni na” common t&b; From a bare master bedroom to more direct, functional, and pleasing room; Lastly, from a typical master toilet and bath to more refined space.

Today’s theme is white and wood, both neutral, a timeless interior design staple. It’s one of those perfect pairings that never go out of style.
But more than just looking pleasing to the eyes, a good mix of these materials adds brightness, provides contrast, highlights wood tones, and creates a soothing environment.

The owners, a doctor and a patron of art, wanted to honor their parents by bringing new light and life to their ancestral home. So when they decided to reach out to our team to envision a new look for their home, we took inspiration from Al-Shams, the Arabic word for "the sun". Bright, colorful, and warm, we used a unique blend of Filipino and Moroccan styles to create a distinctive look for Project Alshams.

We are grateful to have worked with Galvez Atelier Davao for the proposed interior design of their art school. The space was designed to cater multiple functions, such as a classroom, workshop, studio, and executive area. But the highlight of this space is the picture window that can hopefully trigger inspiration and foster creativity.

Our client wanted a home where she and her husband could relax, host gatherings with their friends, and enjoy the ocean breeze. To match our client’s wishes with the tropical climate, we used the 𝘣𝘢𝘩𝘢𝘺 𝘬𝘶𝘣𝘰 as inspiration by applying an open design concept and elevated flooring. A charming home near the shoreline, this hidden gem takes you away from the hustle and bustle of the city to a calm and beachy paradise.

Yes Designs’ mission is to create architectural & interior design that caters to the various needs of our clients’ unique lifestyles and build them with excellent quality. In Project Hamugaway, our objective for the proposed renovation is to repair the unsafe clearances in our client's existing home, as well as enhance their quality of life.
With large scale renovations, we must first take a systematic and straightforward approach. We identify the needs of our clients and offer various solutions. Once we've tackled the necessary, then comes the fun part of letting our creativity flow. Like the use of wood and stone elements to help soften sharp edges, combining natural textures with modern-edged space.

Our client, a hardworking businesswoman based in South Korea, is a direct shoe manufacturer with dreams of having her own office and store. We’re grateful that she came to us to help her envision that dream.
Colorful and varied, shoes can be displayed like works of art. Hence, a contemporary minimalist design can best showcase these pieces where they are the highlight of the entire space.

Modern Asian design is a balance of Asian features, clean lines, and big geometric shapes. This style combination creates a home that best reflects the life and interests of our client, a flight attendant who travels around the world but takes pride in her Asian and Filipino roots.
Designed with an international influence and mixed with the familiar charm of local materials, colors, and textures, Project Flight offers a timeless facade. A reminder to our client that wherever her travels take her, the space that she dreamed of for herself will always welcome her home.
