Outgrown space affects the daily routine of the users which is a domino-effect on the daily outlook of life. THE RENOVATIONS: From a barely used open space to a closed family area/ library that creates a bond; From a highly dense hallway to a safely cleared hallway with a dense of good memories;   From baby pink and baby blue bedrooms to muji-style and mancave style bedrooms which speak their characters as well; From a “just functional” common toilet and bath to more “maka-muni-muni na” common t&b; From a bare master bedroom to more direct, functional, and pleasing room; Lastly, from a typical master toilet and bath to more refined space.

This master bedroom was designed with a harmonious blend of warm earth tones, creating an atmosphere that embraces you from the moment you enter. The walls, finished with wooden slats, provide a neutral canvas that allows the carefully chosen furnishings to take center stage. The plush grey king-sized bed beckons you to sink into its embrace, adorned with an array of throw pillows in muted blues and browns, adding a touch of natural serenity. Large windows adorned with flowing curtains in earthy tones allow natural light to fill the room during the day, while strategically placed table lamps and pendant lights create a cozy ambiance in the evenings. 

Indulge in the epitome of luxury as you step into this master bathroom, a sanctuary of opulence. The centerpiece of the room is the freestanding bathtub, positioned against a backdrop of floor-to-ceiling marble-designed walls, that beckons relaxation. The cabinets, resplendent in pristine white, are adorned with gold accessories that add a touch of glamour. Each detail, from the intricately designed drawer pulls to the faucet fixtures, exudes a sense of luxury and attention to craftsmanship. The warm, sculpted wooden dividers delineate spaces within the bathroom, adding a natural element to the overall design.
